VI. Questions at the gate

Before you ask.

How do I buy something?

Put what you like in your satchel and bring it to the counter. You don’t need an account. Gimbly writes back, usually within a day or two, with a link to pay. Make a free account any time with the same email, and your orders and lessons will be waiting in Your Chamber.

What if something isn’t right?

Anything broken, faulty or wrong is on us. Unopened props, decks, games and pranks can come back within 30 days. A magic trick can come back within 30 days if you haven’t started its lesson, since the secret is the thing you’re buying. Lessons are final. We ship to United States addresses within 5 business days of payment. The details are in Returns and shipping.

Does a trick come with teaching?

If a trick comes with a video lesson, its card says so, and the lesson lands on your bookshelf once your order is paid. You’ll also find lessons you can buy on their own up in the Library.

How do I know a trick fits my act?

Each trick’s card tells you what you need to know, like its angles, reset time and the skill it takes. If it needs a table or can't be done surrounded, the card says so.

Can I book Gimbly for my event?

Yes. The shows, prices, and a short request form are up in Gimbly’s Chamber, and Gimbly writes back, usually within a day or two.
