III. How booking works
Booked in three steps.
-
Tell me about your event.
Date, place, and how many guests. It takes two minutes.
-
I hold your date.
You get a reply, usually within a day or two, with a clear price. A 25% deposit holds your date. No hidden fees.
-
The Keep comes to you.
I arrive early, in full costume, and set up before your guests walk in.
IV. Request a date
Request a date.
Tell me about your event and I'll write back, usually within a day or two. Rather send an email? Write to me at magicianskeep@gmail.com.
V. Questions at the bell
Before you ring.
Is the show right for kids and adults?
Yes. The jokes work on two levels, so kids laugh at the magic and grown-ups laugh at everything else.
Do you travel?
Travel within 30 miles is included. Farther than that, the cost goes into your quote up front, so there are no surprises.
What do you need from us?
A clear space about 10 by 10 feet and a quiet room to change. For the Great Hall, a stage and a sound system.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel 14 or more days before the show and your 25% deposit comes back. Closer than that, the deposit stays with the Keep, since other bookings were likely turned away for your date. If Gimbly has to cancel, you get everything back. The full booking terms are here.
